How to feel wasted without smoking crack

Last night I was doing an interpretive dance for Blake around the dining room, as you do. We have fun at our house! Anyway he picked a random music video on Youtube for my performance & somehow I ended up dancing to Blue Monday by New Order.

There are so many things wrong about this video, One it's from the 80's. And I hate 80's music. Two, this video makes no sense to me. It's a complete head f**k. I got to the end of it & all I could remember about it was a dog. The rest was just a haze of images.

It was like suffering from psychitzophrenia & being mashed all at the same time. Before you watch this I feel inclined to advise that if you suffer from any mental illness it's probably not a good idea to watch it. There's so much going on that it will more than likely tip you over the edge. I don't want to be responsible for that.

For those of you that have ever accidentally had a puff on a joint without knowing what you were doing or been fed cookies/cake without knowing they were laced with marijuana, this music video may bring back memories of how your buzz went down. Terrified, confused & completely unable to keep the same topic in your head for more than 2 seconds.

ARE YOU READY?

Just to update on the poltergeist in my headphones saga. I got them out of the bathroom this morning. I decided to give them another chance at life in my house. As soon as I turned my laptop on they came to life for about 5 minutes with some guy talking about a racist naked white guy on the subway. Messed up no?
I hadn't even opened the internet server yet! The headphones have been thrown back in the bathroom & the door is shut. I'm thinking of turning the tap on in the bath & drowning them. I mean it this time, I  really don't like them anymore.

*Please note: I am not condoning any use of narcotics & illegal substances. Cos drugs are bad mmmmkay.

    The Cult

The list could go on and on.....I may just have to forgive you for this though....

  5. @Rachellabelle - They are scary. Think I may have a virus in my puter?

@Kye - it was awesome. I will do one for you though next time you visit.

@Punkbaby - If someone asked me to make a list of all the things I remember from that video, I would have nothing except dog.

@Bon - I was in an 80's Tribute band for a few years. We played nothing but 80's music. Did my head in. Hence why I have a dislike for it. I am still awesome though ;)

  6. I Love that song! And I love 80's music! Here's the thing: I've enjoyed that song many times over the years, but never once had I seen the video. HOW BIZARRE! lol. I like music videos that actually have something to do with the content of the lyrics. These cheap-asses just threw together a bunch of random bad drawings and brought in the sound guy's dog for some extra interest. LAME!

  7. OK, so now I am afraid of opening up that video because I don't want to channel your poltergeist into my house. But I know exactly how you feel. I had an out of body experience once after a week of jet lag and drinking. Actually, it was more like ten minutes of deja vu. And then I forgot what day it was. Turned out I just hadn't gotten enough Vitamin C.

  8. @bettyzade - I love this video because it's so shit. I am backwards I know.

@wagthedad - My lips, the face ones, start falking off if I don't take the vit C every day. It's a crucial part of my daily existence. Turns out the poltergeist was actually just a virus. I'm disappointed. I was excited at the prospect of the paranormal.
